RELOCATION & SERVICE AREA NOTICE Slayy Esthetic has officially relocated from Illinois to Arizona. While Google and other third-party platforms are being updated, some online listings, search results, maps, directories, advertisements, and business information may still display outdated Illinois location information. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that Slayy Esthetic is based in Arizona and no longer provides services in Illinois. Clients are responsible for reviewing all booking details, service locations, travel policies, and appointment requirements prior to scheduling. Appointments booked under the assumption that services are still being offered in Illinois may be canceled. Any applicable deposits or retainers will be handled at the discretion of Slayy Esthetic. If you have any questions regarding service areas or appointment locations, please contact Slayy Esthetic prior to booking. 🚨 IMPORTANT STUDIO UPDATE 🚨 Slayy Esthetic is currently accepting lash and brow clients by house calls only while our private home based studio is under construction. ✨ Grand Opening: August 1, 2026 Beginning August 1, 2026, clients will have the option to receive services in my private home studio by appointment only. Until August 1, 2026: • House Call Appointments Only • A $100 Travel Fee is required and must be added to all services at the time of booking • Travel fee is non-refundable once travel arrangements have been made • Service areas may be limited based on location and availability • Appointment approval is required for all new clients Thank you for your patience and support while Slayy Esthetic prepares its new luxury studio space. I look forward to serving you both in-home and in-studio soon. 💗 TERMS AND CONDITIONS PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT APPOINTMENT PREPARATION • Ensure there is no makeup around your eye area • Avoid caffeine or energy drinks 5 hours prior to your appointment • If you have any flu like symptoms, please reschedule / cancel your appointment for the safety of others • No extra guests in the studio RETAINER FEE REQUIRED House calls and new clients are required to set deposits in to hold confirm and guarantee the appointment. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING Book by appointment only. New Guests are required to book 24hrs in advance with my approval. Returning Guests may book without my approval. I strive to accommodate my clients to the best of my ability. All of my appointment confirmations are sent via text, email or through facebook/instagram. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24-Hours * before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. If cancelling/rescheduling for 2 or more people, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. If you choose not to pay the retainer fee, I will not hold your appointment time or date. You will be billed a 100% for a last minute cancellation fee for each appointment that is cancelled less than 24 - hours before the appointment time. No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment. Clients who have been booked in for an appointment and no-showed for the appointment date will be asked to prepay/pay towards their visit when booking future appointments. All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed through site, via telephone, email or through facebook messaging. LATE ARRIVALS I ask that my clients are on time for their appointments with clean lashes to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments. While I will try my best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect. LASH EXTENSION REFILLS I do not perform refill services on work that was not done with Slayy Esthetic. NO FOREIGN FILLS. -NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed by me or someone else before receiving your first new set with me. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons or lash artist. * Refill prices are based on a 40% requirement anything less then 20 lashes per eye is considered a "Full- Set" and will be charged according. PAYMENT/GRATUITY If paying with card/card on file you will be charged a 3.5% processing fee.
